Tourist Tales: Ham House, London

If you have the time on a visit to London take a few hours out of your day and make your way to Richmond on the outskirts of London to see Ham House I would highly recommend it.  Ham House is a National Trust listed property and is just fabulous!  I used to live a 20 minute bus ride from Ham House  and never went while I lived in London which was a pity because the house is spectacular.  If you are a fan of heritage properties and the countryside Ham House gives you the best of both.  Steeped in rich history and atmosphere Ham House has been used in Hollywood movies such as The Young Victoria, Never Let Me Go and Sense and Sensibility.
